In 2010 I trained simultaneously as a and massage therapist and yoga instructor. As a result my style is a development on both schools of thought. After localizing and analyzing the body’s natural distress indicators (IE pain, soreness, tension, inflammation), I employ a simple, yet effective system of soft tissue manipulations and stretching techniques over larger, relative planes of the body. That being said, I just use my hands to help circulate blood, and to soothe and stretch what needs to be soothed and stretched.
I’m a Bay Area native and in my spare time I enjoy reading fiction and inline skating. I played a few sports growing up, hurt myself here and there, was vegetarian for a few years, and eventually tied all that up into body work and here I am.
