How do you evaluate my child for a Subluxation?

Frequently Asked QuestionsThe chiropractic evaluation for a child includes an analysis of their nervous system, a physical examination, and x-rays if necessary. We will analyze the function of your child’s nerve system with an advanced temperature differential analysis unit to measure nerve dysfunction at the level of the brainstem. If nerve interference is detected, it is important that we remove that interference to allow proper nerve function and optimal health. The correction of a subluxation occurs with an adjustment. The adjustment is a gentle force applied to a specific location in the spine that improves joint mobility and restores proper communication between the brain, nervous system, and the entire body. After your child is adjusted, he or she will immediately follow up with a post-correction integration period in office. Once they have rested, we rescan the neck to ensure the correction was made.
